At an early stage, the goals and objectives of the assignment are clearly
defined with the areas of critical importance identified. Where practicable, a
30/60/90 day plan is developed in order to set realistic goals and milestones.
Inevitably, these will be revised according to findings. Communication plays
a key role during this time.
Execution and relentless pursuit of the goals and objectives for the
assignment are fundamental together with clear communication between the
relevant parties in order to provide for measured progress and the successful
completion of the assignment.
